Privacy notice
Last updated: 1 August 2026
CoveHub Market Advisory Pty Ltd (“CoveHub”, “we”, “us”) respects the privacy of visitors and clients. This notice explains how we handle personal information in connection with https://content-covehub.click and our advisory practice.
Data controller
The data controller is CoveHub Market Advisory Pty Ltd, Street: 5 Carnegie Avenue; City: Buller; State/province/area: Western Australia; Phone number: (08) 9013 8081; Zip code: 6532; Country calling code: +61; Country: Australia. Email: hello@content-covehub.click. Phone: (08) 9013 8081.
Information we collect
We collect information you submit through forms or email: name, email address, phone number if provided, consultation interest, location under review, preferred contact window, and message content. We also collect limited technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages viewed when analytics cookies are accepted. Essential logs may record server requests to maintain security.
Purpose of use
We use personal information to respond to enquiries, prepare fee estimates, deliver advisory engagements, improve site performance (where analytics are consented), and meet legal record-keeping duties. We do not sell personal information.
Legal bases
Under the Australian Privacy Principles and, where applicable, similar frameworks, we process information with your consent (forms and optional cookies), for steps prior to entering a contract, for contract performance, and for legitimate interests in operating a professional advisory practice — balanced against your rights.
Retention
Enquiry records without an engagement are retained for up to 24 months unless you ask us to delete them sooner and no legal obligation requires retention. Client engagement files are retained for seven years after the engagement ends, consistent with ordinary business and tax practice in Australia, then securely destroyed or anonymised.
Sharing
We may share information with IT and email providers who host our systems under confidentiality obligations, with professional advisers (accountants or lawyers) when required for a matter, and with authorities when required by law. Field collaborators engaged for a catchment visit receive only the details needed for that visit.
International transfers
Some email or hosting providers may process data in facilities outside Australia. Where that occurs, we take reasonable steps to ensure recipients handle information consistently with Australian Privacy Principles, including contractual safeguards where appropriate.
Security
We use access controls, secure transmission where supported by our providers, and staff awareness practices. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; please avoid sending unnecessary sensitive financial identifiers through the website form.
Your rights
You may request access to personal information we hold about you, seek correction of inaccurate data, withdraw consent for optional analytics, and lodge a complaint with us. If unresolved, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner. To exercise rights, email hello@content-covehub.click.
Cookies
See our cookie notice for types of cookies, durations, and how to manage preferences.
Children
This site is directed at adult business owners and operators. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
