Market Entry Assessmentfrom AUD 4,800
Fixed project fee covering up to two candidate areas, written brief, and a 90-minute handover. Additional catchments or interstate travel are quoted separately.
Location Shortlist Reviewfrom AUD 1,900
Per shortlist of up to three addresses. Field visits in Western Australia are included within a day-trip radius of Buller; further travel is itemised.
Opening Calendar Planningfrom AUD 2,400
Two workshops plus the dated calendar document. Builder project management is outside this fee.
Category & Supplier Briefingfrom AUD 1,650
Remote briefing package with a follow-up call. Supplier negotiation on your behalf is not included.

Each additional suburb or centre adds field time and synthesis.
Travel distance
Regional and interstate visits include travel days and accommodation where overnight stays are required.
Urgency of the lease window
Compressed timelines may require overlapping advisor days, reflected in the fee.

Clear P&L snapshots and lease drafts shorten desk time; sparse packs lengthen it.
